Does it cost anything to submit my property?
No. There is no charge to submit property information for our review.

We review many property types, including single-family homes, condos, townhomes, multi-family properties, and land. Whether a property fits our acquisition criteria is determined during review.
Can you buy a property that needs repairs?
We review properties in many different conditions, including those that need repairs. Condition is one of several factors we consider.
Can you review inherited property?
Yes. We can review inherited property. Depending on the situation, additional steps such as probate or title work may be involved.
